Steve, the owner of the business, has taken care of my 47 year old Maytag washer and dryer for the past 20 years and has done miracles with them to make sure that they keep working. The workers are on-time, reliable, and Steve makes sure that the work done is more than satisfactory. I have absolutely no complaints, but only praise for the service.

Had Steve Gilotti from Advantage Maytag of Collinsville, IL out to look at our refrigerator last week. Gave us the bad news that it would be very expensive to repair. Took time to explain the problem and solution, gave us time to make the decision not to repair it. He was thorough testing it, knowledgeable, and very tidy (put everything he back together).
